Gary Merriweather, PT, DPT Physical Therapist

Growing up I knew I wanted to be in the health care field but was unsure of what I wanted to do specifically, so I detoured away from it after high school. After studying culinary for a few years, I realized that I wanted to be in the health care field. Upon observing different practitioners and having many heart to heart conversations with family/friends, I eventually found the career of physical therapy and remembered how much it helped me during my injuries from playing high school football. The challenge of the human anatomy, as well as the desire to assist people in their recovery from injuries and both acute/chronic pain is what drives and motivates me to become better each day.

  • DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy, University of Central Arkansas, Conway, AR 2022
  • BS - Health Science Studies w/ Pre-Physical Therapy Emphasis, University of Central Arkansas, Conway, AR 2022
  • LICENSURE - Arkansas

I am thankful for the opportunity to work at Harris and Renshaw and continue to grow and develop as a clinical practitioner. With so many opportunities to grow and develop, it will only assist me in treating those in need and making a true impact in many lives.

I enjoy spending time with my wife, Alliyah, family, and friends. My hobbies consists of traveling, cooking, playing the piano, and exercising.
