Carl Roberts, PT, DPTPhysical Therapist
I was drawn to physical therapy at an early age while playing high school athletics through personal injuries. As I learned more about the profession, I realized it encompassed many things I love; applying foundations of health to any injury I come across, using exercise as a source of healing, and connecting with those in need. Going through school at UCA for both undergraduate and graduate only affirmed my calling to physical therapy. What I love most about physical therapy is how it allows me to guide those going through any injury to achieve their physical goals in life.
- DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy, University of Central Arkansas, 2023
- BS - Health Sciences, Emphasis of Pre-Physical Therapy, University of Central Arkansas, 2020
- Licensure - Arkansas
I enjoy spending time with my wife Emily and our 2 dogs, as well as other family and friends, exercising, hiking, and anything else that gets me outside.

- PTA - Physical Therapy Assistant
- A.A.S - Associate of Applied Science. Arkansas State University
My passion for physical therapy began after landing myself in therapy for various injuries as a young athlete. I became intrigued by the anatomy and mechanics of the body and how exercise is used in the rehabilitation process. As a college student I began working in the service industry which helped ignite my passion for serving others. My time working in restaurants taught me the importance of communication and teamwork which has helped shape me into the clinician I am today. I attended Arkansas State University where I graduated with my A.A.S as a Physical Therapist Assistant in May of 2023. During my time in school and short time as a therapist, I have found great reward and satisfaction in helping patients return to doing what they enjoy. Outside of work, I enjoy working in my garden, shopping estate sales, and playing with my dog Butter.
Debbie Winchester Physical Therapy Technician
While many people may not consider making a long-term career as a physical therapy tech, I've invested 19 years in the field, and it has been one of the most enriching and rewarding experiences of my life. Working at Jacksonville Physical Therapy, I've had the privilege of meeting individuals from all walks of life. Some of these interactions have blossomed into meaningful, lasting friendships. Watching Jacksonville Physical Therapy grow over the years has been an incredible journey, and I'm proud to have been a part of its evolution. Being a part of this company for so long has allowed me to witness firsthand how much we've grown-not just in size, but in the impact we've had on the lives of our patients.
Outside of work, you can often find me with a camera in hand, capturing moments with my family, or enjoying one of my favorite pastimes-trout fishing on the Little Red River. It's in these moments of tranquility that I find balance and perspective, bringing a sense of peace that complements the busy and fulfilling days at work.
Dana Spickes Front Office
I've had the pleasure of being a part of Jacksonville Physical therapy for the past three years, and I've witnessed tremendous growth in the company during this time. What initially drew me to this incredible organization was its strong foundation as a Christian-based company, which resonated deeply with my values. Interacting with people has always been a passion of mine, and this job is a perfect fit. The culture here is one of genuine care-not only for our patients' well-being but also for each team member's growth and success. I love knowing that we make a real difference in the lives of those we serve. As we continue to grow, I'm excited to see how many more lives we can touch and positively impact. I'm proud to be a part of a team that truly values its patients and looks forward to watching Jacksonville Physical Therapy flourish even further.
When I'm not at work, you can usually find me outdoors, enjoying some of my favorite pastimes like camping and fishing. I'm also a huge fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks-if it's Razorback related, I'm watching! But what I cherish most is spending quality time with my kids and grandchildren and making memories that will last a lifetime.
